Client Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Digisolvers (“Agency”) and the Client, and defines a transparent and collaborative working relationship.

Digisolvers provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Social media marketing and management
• Digital advertising and Google Ads
• Branding, strategy and creative design

Each project has a detailed scope of work, timeline and deliverables, as shared in the official proposal or email confirmation.

2. Timelines and delivery

• Digisolvers commits to delivering all services according to the agreed schedule.
• Delays in content, approvals or communication from the Client may extend the timeline.
• Official updates and progress are shared transparently by email and in the client portal.

3. Client responsibilities

To ensure smooth, on-time delivery, the Client agrees to:

• Provide required materials, assets and credentials promptly.
• Respond to queries and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure all content and files provided are legally owned and authorised for use.
• Maintain open and professional communication throughout the project.

4. Revisions and approvals

• Revisions are included as defined in the project scope.
• Additional or major revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged extra, discussed before implementation.
• Final approval from the Client marks completion of the project or milestone.

5. Termination

• Either party may end this Agreement by written notice (email).
• All completed milestones are billable and non-refundable.
• Advance payments for incomplete stages may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, where applicable.

6. Liability

• Digisolvers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of services.
• The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before public release.
• All services are delivered in good faith and to high professional standards.

By clicking “I accept” in the client portal, or by replying “Accepted” to the email sharing this Agreement, the Client confirms that:

• They have read and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
• They authorise Digisolvers to start the project.
• This acknowledgement is a formal and binding acceptance.
